Philosophy on Project Management:

 

Structure is important to any project but, a Project Manager must be flexible dependant upon the circumstance surrounding the project environment. The key aspect is communication, too many projects fail or suffer delays due to poor face to face communication and too much of a reliance on documentation alone.

 

 

Philosophy on Operational Risk:

 

Operational risk is not just about process, it has to be part of a companies culture and driven from senior management. There must be accountability, through strong supporting management information reporting but, only to drive improvements to controls and not to create a blame culture.
